Centre Specialist
The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Recovery Centre Specialist to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our contemporary facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our centre, providing exceptional service to our clients and creating an optimal environment for their recovery experience.
This is a flexible position that can be tailored to your availability, both casual or part-time options will be considered for the right applicant.

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the fitness recovery centre.
- Ensure all equipment, facilities, and amenities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate and manage facility usage for clients.
- Oversee the centre, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Implement the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility operations.
- Collaborate with other staff and management to ensure seamless coordination of services.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and knowledge of our therapies and how they can assist clients.
Qualifications
- Current First Aid certificate essential (or obtain prior to starting).
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness and recovery.
